Be Confident of God’s Love
Some people believe in “Daisy Flower” theology: “He loves me… He loves me not… He loves me… He loves me not…” Especially in times of failure or when things are not working out, we tend to lose faith in God’s steadfast love. We must be confident in God’s love, because it never fails, because God never fails. God will love us no matter what. But the purpose of this confidence is to help us move forward toward maturity, not complacency. God’s enduring love is not an excuse to remain unchanged, if God wants us to change. Instead His love is the power to pursue real change.
