Introduction
Real Life Christian Communities is a team-based organization. All our communities and ministries will be led by Core Teams. Within each Core Team are Three Types of Lay Leaders: Facilitator, Coordinator, and one or more Team Members. Each Core Team is responsible for overseeing a Small Group.
