– Pastor Bong Baylon –

Yes, we want to encourage you to join us in our regular Sunday worship services. That’s where most people begin their spiritual journeys.

But after you’ve been attending this for quite some time, please consider making a commitment according to the following categories:

  • Participating Member
  • Ministry Worker
  • Vision Partner
  • Servant Leader

Here are the explanations for each category.

Participating Member

The first level of commitment is to be a Participating Member. This is the simplest and most doable commitment that you can choose. A Participating Member is simply someone who fulfills at least one of the following commitments, especially the first one.

  • Participate in a simple church
  • Reach out and recruit new members
  • Obtain training for works of ministry
  • Maintain godliness and holiness at all times
  • Invest in God’s kingdom through tithing and other forms of giving
  • Serve God together with your simple church
  • Encourage others to grow and fulfill these commitments

Ministry Worker

You can also commit as a Ministry Worker. A Ministry Worker is simply someone who is involved in any of the following ministries while at the same time fulfilling the commitment of a Participating Member:

  • Supporter
  • Host
  • Active volunteer
  • Resource person
  • Prayer warrior

Vision Partner

Third, you can commit as a Vision Partner. A Vision Partner is simply a Ministry Worker who is willing to fulfill most, if not all, of the promises in the acrostic PROMISE, which, again, are as follows:

  • Participate in a simple church
  • Reach out and recruit new members
  • Obtain training for works of ministry
  • Maintain godliness and holiness at all times
  • Invest in God’s kingdom through tithing and other forms of giving
  • Serve God together with your simple church
  • Encourage others to grow and fulfill these commitments

Servant Leader

Last, but not the least, you can commit to become a Servant Leader. A Servant Leader is a Vision Partner who serves in a key role in our organization, making it possible for RLCC to fulfill its Vision Frame. He or she may serve as:

  • Member of the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Member of the Strategic Planning Team (SPT)
  • Member of the Strategic Management Team (SMT)
  • Member of Resource Stewardship Team (RST)
  • Ministry Team Leader
  • Simple Church Leader
