Real Life Christian Communities has a simple organizational structure. We are organized into ministry teams and task groups. Each team and task group is governed by one Vision Frame. We are organized in terms of process, not functions. Our mission is to help each person we encounter to experience real life in Christ together with others. So we organize ourselves based on that.

The overall leadership team responsible for defining and guarding our vision is called the Strategic Leadership Team or SLT for short. SLT is composed of the following pastors:

• Pastor Gina Baylon
• Pastor Marifi Gumatay
• Pastor Ebet Reyes
• Pastor Jun Patagnan
• Sis. Swanee Gumatay (Intern)

Under this team is the IMPACT or the Integrated Ministry Planning and Coordinating Team. This team oversees and manages all other teams and task groups.
